Special order are non refundable, exchangeable or credited. An exchanges are for the same item only, all good return must be in the same package and condition.

Only the original buyer may request for a return product, refund are not transferable.

After receiving the goods returned, we shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of the good received . If we do not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs.

All returned goods are subject to a 20% re-stock fee and we will be checking over.

All sales are final and all products sold by teamjetspeed.com.au are sold "as is" to the Buyer. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of a product.

While every effort is made to provide technical information and assistance, we have no control over owner's installation, and modification.

Buyer understands that all body kits require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labour your body shop/paint shop charges the Buyer.

Buyer understands that all body kits are fibreglass unlike plastic OEM materials and may need modifications for correct fitment such as modification or removal of reinforcements, factory bumper, lights/side marker indicators, or shaving and molding of bodykit etc.

Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for. Therefore we strongly RECOMMEND you choose one of our highly skilled body shop/ technician to install and paint any body kit for factory or show quality look.

All special orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to Us.

We shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.

All parts forsale at teamjetspeed.com.au are recommanded for Show Conditions, not for Legal Street Used purposes.
teamjetspeed.com.au does not endorse, nor recommend modification of vehicles for use on public roads since warranty or RTA regulations may be violated.

Buyer does understand the ramifications for having performance or after-market parts on a vehicle.

teamjetspeed.com.au is not held responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts.

As an express condition of sale of any performance part, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to use the performance parts for the modification of vehicles in sanctioned OFF-ROAD competitive events such as track racing or for exhibition show only.

teamjetspeed.com.au is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of God, etc.
